Finding my center through meditation

Meditation is an essential practice for slowing down, tuning in, centering ourselves, and finding deeper alignment in the chaos of the modern world.

For high-achievers in particular, meditation paradoxically both creates more calm and improves performance, creativity, and decision-making.

Since I first began practicing in 2008, I’ve made meditation a daily practice. I’ve also developed the skills to lead and guide others in meditation. Over the last few years, my clients have been asking me to lead meditations during their sessions to help them get present and access deeper levels of insight.

This time of “non-doing” is an essential element of our coaching work and leads to breakthroughs that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise. As Albert Einstein said “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them,” and meditation is a way to access higher-level thinking.

Many of my clients have generously given their consent to record the meditations from our sessions and share them with the world.
